Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Be Informed Developer with Blyce? Step into a position where you'll play a part in the digital transformation journeys of government clients in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and developing countries, including Curaçao, Bonaire, Anguilla, and Samoa. Your mission: empower these nations to leverage technology to drive meaningful change and enhance the quality of life for their citizens.
Are you an ambitious software developer eager to specialize in the innovative Be Informed platform? Or do you already have experience with Be Informed and are you looking for a new challenge to further develop your skills? Then we are looking for you! As a Be Informed Developer, you will combine your technical expertise and process knowledge to solve complex business challenges. You will design, develop, and implement our solutions on the Be Informed platform, aiming to increase operational efficiency for our international government clients.
We offer an attractive benefits package including:
- An excellent gross starting salary between EUR 3,400 and 5,800 per month (based on experience and full-time employment in the Netherlands).
- A one-year contract followed by an indefinite contract when we are the perfect match.
- Enjoy 28 vacation days with the possibility to buy or sell 8 vacation days per year.
- You receive 8.33% vacation pay per year.
- A variable gross compensation of an extra month's salary per year, paid monthly.
- A fixed gross expense allowance of EUR 300,- per month.
- An annual variable reward based on company results.

What do we need from you?
- You have a Bachelor or master’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, Communication and Multimedia Design, Software Engineering, Software Development, Theoretical Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or another related field.
- You have internship or work experience at a software company or project organization.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
- You have an affinity for software development, such as building websites or developing apps;
- An advantage if you have experience working with the Be Informed platform or other Business Process Management platforms.
- You like intellectual challenges and have an abstract conceptual thinking ability;
- You get satisfaction from coming up with creative solutions;
- You handle deadlines well and know how to set priorities;
- You are patient and handle complex situations in a structured way;
- Quality comes first and you feel responsible to deliver a good product;
- You are assertive and know how to convey points of view in a clear and effective way.
