To strengthen our Corporate Office Team we are looking for a Board Coordinator Corporate Office
Board Coordinator Corporate Office (32 hours)
Together with your colleague Board Coordinator, you support the Boards of Triodos Bank, i.e. the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, and Stichting Administratiekantoor Aandelen Triodos Bank (SAAT) by applying your excellent planning and preparation skills.
You are responsible for the practical aspects of the Board meetings in close collaboration with the Corporate Secretary and two Deputy Corporate Secretaries.
You enjoy arranging (international) management meetings in a dynamic environment with a sense of humour and positive attitude while maintaining oversight and professionalism.
Profile
Take action- Arranging all practical aspects of the Supervisory Board and its committees’ meetings such as Outlook invitations, organisation and distribution of documents, (international) logistics and catering, as well as the logistics for the Board of SAAT
- Back-up for your colleague Board Coordinator: arranging all practical aspects of the weekly Executive Board meetings and retreats, and International Management Council (IMC) meetings, such as agenda/topic planning, Outlook invitations, organisation and distribution of documents, logistics and catering
- Scheduling of ad hoc Board meetings, calls and working sessions
- Point of contact for practical and administrative requests from the Supervisory Board and the Corporate Office team in general
- Taking care of financial administration and payment of remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board and SAAT
This is you

- When under pressure, you maintain your flexibility and your sense of humour
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
- Quickly familiarise yourself with new topics or assignments
This is complemented by
- MBO+ level educated preferably as a secretary or office manager
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Dutch
- Computer skills and experience with MS Office
- Systems and technology savvy
- Ideally experience with i Babs or similar meeting tool
The team
You are part of the Corporate Secretary Department that consists of two Board Coordinators, two Deputy Corporate Secretaries, the Business Manager COE and the Corporate Secretary. You will also work closely together with the Management Assistants of the Executive Board.
