As our superstar breakfast chef, you'll be responsible for making sure our upgraded breakfast is fully stocked at all times. You already have previous experience in kitchens and you're a master at efficient prepping, whipping up tasty breakfast items, and keeping the positive breakfast vibes alive! Not only that, you make things happen and exceed expectations on a regular basis. We're looking for you to join our team where you'll have consistent hours and great colleagues!

What You'll Do
- You'll take control of the breakfast service and make sure all guests receive a delicious & memorable breakfast
- Set up and break down the breakfast
- You'll understand all details around daily specials, menu changes and special (dietary) needs of guests
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods
- You'll maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
- You'll put away all deliverables in an organized and timely matter
- Monitor accurate execution of food safety guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions
- You have relevant previous work experience at a similar level kitchen or hotel;
- You have a strong knowledge of food products according to market standards;
- You're punctual and reliable;
- You're HACCP certified;
- You're legally allowed to work in the Netherlands
