We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in the Hague, Netherlands. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:
- Conduct the stakeholders/business analysis, requirements analysis, and support the design and testing phases to ensure that the technical solutions comply with the defined requirements;
- Follow up and keep up to date different product backlogs, and other Business Analysis deliverables (Use Cases, User Stories, Impact Assessment Document, etc.);
- Identify the organisation's business needs, workflows, and processes, and prepare AS IS and TO BE documents;
- Participate in the market research/solutions assessment to identify suitable tools to meet the business and technical needs;
- Support the business users in the testing phase (e.g. support the UAT testing) and the smooth adoption of the new systems by contributing (writing/reviewing) manuals and user guides for the end users;
- Assist with the project activities providing clarifications, acting as liaison between the business users/key stakeholders like Project Officers and technical experts.
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as Business Analyst;
- Experience with ICT projects and concurrent projects;
- Experience in market research for selection of COTs products;
- Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) will be considered an asset;
- Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Security and Personal data management will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
