About the Role
You will:
- Ensure strategic sourcing of Capex, MRO and Utilities related goods and services within the defined scope for Flora Food Group's factories
- Support in delivering Value Creation Programs across the global network of suppliers
- Strategically source and negotiate contracts and lead the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Develop and maintain working relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders
- Deliver on key financial targets such as gross margin improvement through savings and cash flow improvement by applying (e.g.) smart buying tools
- Optimize the current sourcing network and consolidate if needed
- Execute sustainability agenda
What do we expect from you?
You are a highly qualified professional with a bachelor's or master's degree and at least three years of experience in procurement and contracting, ideally with some exposure to Capex procurement. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess sourcing data and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your expertise in negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management is complemented by your fluency in English, both written and verbal, with additional languages considered an advantage. You thrive in large-scale change management projects and demonstrate a high level of personal integrity. You are comfortable working in a virtual, multicultural environment and are open to traveling as part of your role.
