What you’ll do & Who you are

In the context of Adevinta’s group-wide transformation, the Change Management Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the people's side of change initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of transformation projects, and minimizing resistance. The Change Management Specialist will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and employees to drive sustainable change and achieve desired business outcomes, and will report directly to the Transformation Office Lead. The role is hybrid (will require 2-3 days onsite in the office).

What you’ll do

Change Management Strategy:
- Develop change management strategies aligned with transformation initiatives.
- Identify stakeholder impacts and create mitigation strategies.
- Define success metrics and track progress.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key affected groups.
- Develop engagement plans to ensure support and buy-in.
- Maintain communication to address concerns and provide updates.
Communication & Training:
- Create clear communication plans for change initiatives.
- Design training programs to help employees adapt.
- Distribute materials like newsletters and FAQs.
Change Impact Assessment:
- Assess change impacts on processes, systems, and roles.
- Implement strategies to manage adverse effects.
- Align change management with project timelines.
Adoption & Reinforcement:
- Support new behaviors with reinforcement strategies.
- Conduct readiness assessments and adjust as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness.
Resistance Management:
- Identify resistance sources and develop plans to manage them.
- Facilitate workshops for feedback and solutions.
- Provide leadership coaching for effective change management.
Continuous Improvement:
- Capture lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and readiness.
- Stay updated on change management trends and best practices.

Who you are:

3+ years experience in successfully managing change initiatives within large organizations.
3+ years experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
You are currently a resident in the Netherlands, Spain, France or Germany and you have the right to work in the country.
You are able and willing to join the local office for 2-3 days work weekly
