Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection using our signature stone grill technique.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage grill station setup and stock levels, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new grill dishes.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and culinary best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
