The Energy Transition is impossible without you as a Civil Executive
You manage, monitor and control the safety, quality and timeliness of the civil works of the contractors who carry out work on behalf of Liander for the LS Buurtaanpak. You are the eyes and ears of the Liander Project Team LS Buurtaanpak. You do this in consultation with the Technical Manager and the WV-er of the project.
For this you maintain contact with various people involved in the work. For example, Liander colleagues, people working for the municipality, the contractor, customers and people in and from the area.
Do you see areas for improvement? Then you will discuss this with the contractor, customers and the Technical Manager and WV-er of Liander. You will also be involved in consultations with the engineers in the preparation and design phase to arrive at a maximum feasible route.
You will perform these activities independently, under the responsibility of a Technical Manager or WV-er. We are creating the Energy Network of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a Civil Executive, you will contribute to this.

In return, you will receive the following based on a 40-hour working week:
Pay: €60,00 - €70,00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

So you are busy with:
- Risk-driven supervision, guidance and monitoring of the execution of civil works. In doing so, you pay attention to planning, budget and guidelines/requirements.
- Attending relevant meetings with governments, clients and contractors. >> kick-off meeting > organizing is not currently a task of the CU
- Supervise the use of the necessary safety, health and safety and environmental provisions required for carrying out civil engineering work within current legislation and regulations.
- Informing and reporting on/about (legality of):
- Any additional work that is required/wants to be required
- Any deviations from the stated requirements/route
- Deviating from the schedule
- Deviation in material use and quantities.
- The revision of the project
- Final delivery of the project in consultation with the parties required for this

- At least a technical MBO level 3 diploma.
- Possession of the VOP-LS and VOP-MS certificates, or the willingness to obtain them.
- Possession of the VCA -vol diploma
- Knowledge of contracting and basic knowledge of LCB specifications.
- Knowledge of underground infrastructure is an advantage
In return, you will receive the following based on a 40-hour working week:
- Company car (which may be used privately).
- Annually an individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (fulltime) or 12.8% (parttime) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also use it to buy extra days off. You choose what suits you.
- an end-of-year bonus in December of 6% of the monthly salaries paid in the current calendar year.
- the opportunity to work both in the office and from home if your position allows it.
- a pension build-up at ABP, especially for the government and education. We contribute 70% to your pension premium.
Pay: €60,00 - €70,00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

- Explain your familiarity with VOP-LS and VOP-MS certificates (or willingness to obtain them), VCA-VOL diploma, and contracting procedures, including knowledge of LCB specifications.
- Describe your experience in risk-driven supervision of civil works projects, specifically addressing planning, budget adherence, and compliance with guidelines/requirements.
- How familiar are you with underground infrastructure and its complexities?
- Do you have a technical MBO level 3 diploma?
