BALTIC TEXTILE TRADING (with a brand Think Twice) is a successful vintage clothing retail company starting its expansion into the Netherlands market. We are currently looking for a COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR to join our team in Rotterdam.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Job purpose: to plan, implement and manage an efficient, economically viable and legal company's commercial, administrative, financial, internal legislation, retail, human resources and operational functions.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate, monitor and control budget execution and financial operations
· Deal with commercial, administrative, legal, accounting and tax issues
· Ensure effective human resources management and training
· Coordinate marketing activity
· Plan and place good orders
· Plan and execute expansion
· Deal with suppliers
· Prepare accurate and timely reports
· Analyse information in reports (patterns, trends and risks)
· Continuously develop knowledge and competitor activity
· Ensure health and safety
· Represent company to the third parties
· Contribute to company strategy and policy-making
Requirements:
· 5+ years experience in sales leadership role in retail
· Experience in clothing (shoes, textiles or accessories) retail
· A higher or advanced vocational degree in Business field
· A sense of fashion, particularly vintage
· Fluent in Dutch and English
· Honest, self-motivated, hard-working and result-oriented
· Driver’s licence
