Job Description:
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing our creative vision and generating innovative ideas and solutions to drive our brand forward. You will work closely with various teams within our organization to create and execute branding strategies and campaigns that align with our goals and values.


Each project is unique and therefore has its own needs. But the basic responsibilities of this role are:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external client teams to create functional and impactful creative assets.
  
• Develop concepts and creative identities that align with our company's vision and goals.
  
• Create and manage a wide range of visual elements, including logos, illustrations, mockups, videos, ads, landing pages, and more.
  
• Ensure the consistency of graphics across various media and channels.
  
• Produce high-quality video content for our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  

For this role, we are looking for a candidate that can meet the following criteria:

• A deep passion for lean brand design and product innovation.
  
• 3+ years of experience in branding, design, and video production
  
• A highly creative mindset and a positive can-do attitude.
  
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite & video editing software.
  
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
  
• 2D & 3D Animation skills are a plus.
  
• You reside in the Netherlands and have a valid work visa
