Credit Controller

What will you do?
As a Credit Controller at Ricoh International BV, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining distributor partners' accounts in compliance with our Credit Policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with over 200 distributor partners across more than 100 countries in EMEA.
- Effective Communication: Ensure excellent communication with distributor partners and internal departments, providing relevant information promptly.
- Order Management: Authorize sales orders on approved credit terms and report credit-related issues to the Credit Control Manager.
- Collections: Collect amounts due in accordance with payment terms and ensure proper bank postings.
- Credit Control: Assess distributor accounts for risk, discuss credit terms with Business Managers, and ensure compliance with credit policies.
- Finance Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate finance documentation in line with Letters of Credit.
- Complaint Management: Address credit-related complaints efficiently.
- Internal Control and Systems Management: Report internal control weaknesses and support remedial actions.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly debtor reviews and reports for the management.
What do you bring?
- Educational Background: MBO level education.
- Experience: Preferably with finance experience in an international company and customer service environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent planning and organizational skills, strong negotiation skills, and advanced customer handling abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Attributes: High accuracy, strong numeracy skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to pay attention to detail.
