Customer Journey Explorer – First Class Service Denmark

Route
- Twice daily stand- up to discuss ongoing issues with your circle.
- Being in contact with customers via phone, chat or email
- Helping colleagues resolve escalations.
- Switching between customers, production sites and colleagues
- You have experience in a job where you work a lot with customers.
- Print knowledge is a plus.
- You are multifunctional, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible, communicative towards customers, colleagues and suppliers, learning and curious.
- You keep an overview, even when it is busy.
- Switching between different programs is not a problem.
- You are fluent in Danish, but a word of English is helpful.
- Bonus points if you already know how Hubspot or Slack work.
The Print.com crew consists of more than 350 crew members, over 100 of whom can be found in Deventer and Amsterdam (The Netherlands), 10 crew members in Brussels (Belgium), 10 crew members in Montpellier (France) and 5 crew members in Würzburg (Germany). The world is your oyster of possibilities where to work. In The Netherlands, we have two beautiful spots where you can look out over the water, it’s up to you which office you prefer.
At KNSM-Laan 171, Amsterdam, our capital city, we have settled on a beautiful location overlooking ‘t IJ. The place for creative tours de force, because your workspace is on the top floor. This location is also easy to reach by bike: 10 minutes from Amsterdam CS or a short trip with the tram and you will be at the front door.
At Teugseweg 18a, Deventer. You can enjoy endless views over the IJssel river from your workplace. A different beautiful view each day; with changing water levels, wildlife and a breath-taking sunset. We have over 200 parking spaces in front of the door, a bus stop around the corner and the main train station is a short 12-minute bike ride away.
