English Speaking Financial Customer Services Representative
for one of our financial service departments in Barneveld, NL supporting Credit-Card Customers in the UK!
What are you going to do?
As an English speaking Financial Customer Service Representative at TSYS Managed Services Barneveld , your main tasks will be as follow:
- Ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
- Answering customer questions by phone and or mail.
- Providing correct information to the customer such as balance overviews, requests for additional cardholders and increasing credit limits.
- Handling resistance calls in a customer friendly manner. Providing product and service information as requested by the customer.
- Ensuring internal and external customer safety by being alert to possible fraud cases.
- Escalating customer complaints according to designated procedures.

Who you are:
Ideally you have experiences in customer service as well as team work.
Of course you also don't have any issues to work from our office in Barneveld.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You can work independently and in a team
- You are reliable and flexible
- Preferably full time available, Part time is also possible
- Very good communicative skills in English (preferably C-Level)
- Experience in a service oriented environment with strong emphasis on making it as easy as possible for the customer
- You are available Monday-Sunday from 9 am to 21 pm (shift rotations are well pre-planned, weekends on a rotation basis whereas Sundays and Netherland Bank holidays are compensated with 150%) or perhaps you have the personal preference to only work evenings and weekends, that’s also possible
- You have the right to work in the Netherlands and live in a distance that allows you to commute to our office within a reasonable time (we recommend a maximum 1 hour travel time to/from our office in Barneveld)
- You are able to start on 16.September 2024 and can attend the fully paid training of approx. 4 weeks full time (Mo-Fri 9-17:30). If you apply for a part time position you will of course get fully compensated for attending the full time training.
- You are able to commute to our office in Barneveld for your work (we cannot offer hybrid or home office and we do not accept applications with travel time greater than 1:30 hours door to door to assure work-live balance for our employees)
- Good computer knowledge and feeling comfortable taking notes in our company internal systems while speaking with customers
- Happy to work in and with a large team

In our TSYS Managed Services Center in Barneveld, we are specialized in assisting bank customers in managing various credit card related services on behalf of our clients. These include for example Customer Service, Fraud, Chargeback Management, Applications, Sales, Back Office and Collections.
Please note
- It is absolutely mandatory to be available (in person) to attend the full time PAID training of 3-4 weeks with start of training/1st Working day: 16. September 2024
- Unfortunately we cannot offer employer-provided relocation packages or Work-sponsorships/Visa's
- We can only accept applications from candidates who already have a residential address in the Netherlands which is around 70km or approximately 1 hour travel time from our office in Barneveld
- This is an office based role, there is no option for hybrid or home office. All applications outside of the Netherlands or with unrealistic travel distances be declined unless personal relocation is intended and clearly stated in the application

Pay: €2.390,00 per month
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
