We are currently seeking a bright and motivated Customer Service Specialist to support the growth of our web shop www.meubels1.nl in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
Advise and assist clients of our online store in selecting the right furniture, addressing day-to-day issues.
Understand customer needs and offer guidance through our e-shop.
Manage purchasing from manufacturers.
Ensure seamless communication between logistics, planning, customer service, sales, and production teams.
Requirements
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in Dutch;
Working level in English for daily communication with the team and colleagues;
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience via phone and digital channels;
A responsible person, who is able to multitask and demonstrates excellent communication,
organizational, and problem-solving skills;
An effective team player: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person;
Ability to work remotely from home;
Is willing to travel for trainings and work trips to our headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania;
Experience - you don’t need any prior experience. We will train you!
