The D&A Academy and Development Centre is responsible for improving Rabobank’s D&A Maturity, incl. learning journeys and content via Central D&A Academy, D&A YPP Program, D&A Job profiles.

As a D&A Academy Specialist, you hold a visible position within the organization and are vital for our operation. Your ability to focus on strategic areas and main priorities is crucial. You ensure that we achieve the desired results by operationalizing our strategy, and by tracking and measuring our goals. Moreover, you inspire and empower stakeholders and colleagues with future-ready skills. You encourage them to identify opportunities and create value through data and analytics, while collaborating effectively with different business teams, trainers and subject matter experts.

Practical examples
- Operationalize D&A Literacy Strategy by translating the impact of our learning interventions impact into reports, facts and figures.
- Progress tracking by defining roadmaps based on deliverables and milestones based on predefined KPI’s and targets derived from the annual plan.
- Creating, implementing and executing Data & Analytics Literacy framework within all business unites of Rabobank.
- Supporting the execution of trainings managerial tasks such as planning and quality assurance.
- Organize events and engage with community members.
- Project and program management:
- Enhance our operations for training management and implementation by overseeing the training planning and approaching deadlines.
- Scale up and professionalize processes related to training management by proposing concrete improvements related to the current way of working.
- Collaborate across departments to create effective design, plan and execute learning paths while navigating through a complex stakeholder field.
- Maintaining a birds eye view, overseeing the entire scope of Academy and Development Center. As a D&A Academy Specialist you:
- Communicate with and formulate requirements to specialists and consultants for smooth delivery regarding content of various learning paths.
- Organize impactful companywide events for various stakeholders and participants to increase visibility, inspire and extend the reach of the D&A Academy and Development Centre.
- Provide input and suggestions for new learning methods and interventions.
- D&A Literacy Trainer (Optional):
- Join the Certified D&A Literacy Train the Trainer Program and become a trainer yourself.
- Give classroom trainers to Rabobank employees across the bank.

You and your talent
- Relevant master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project- and program management and/or affinity with Data, Analytics and/or Technology.
- Affinity with education, learning and development and change management.
- Strong organizational, presentation, advisory and communication skills.
- Ability to bring the overall strategy to execution and achieving goals/ results with keeping a total overview of what needs to be done, prioritising, managing timelines and measuring results.
- A 36-hour workweek with a gross monthly salary in scale 9 (€ 4.292 - € 6.130) or scale 10 (€ 5.115 - € 7.307) depending on your experience.
- An employee benefit budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
- An OV-business card or fixed monthly travel allowance.
- Hybrid working: we work 1 or 2 days a week from the office.
- A personal development budget of €1400.
