The Rookie Program

Do you have what it takes to make an impact?! Join the Under Armour Rookie (internship) Program:

Start date 1st of February ‘25 until 30th of June ‘25

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be:

Enrolled in a Dutch University (not on-line) in a Bachelor or a Master for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands (Internship should be then a mandatory part of your curriculum).

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Purpose of Role

The E-commerce Rookie will play a key role in enhancing Under Armour’s digital product experience and e Commerce strategy across Europe. This hands-on role will involve supporting various initiatives to improve site content, user experience, and digital product localization. Additionally, the E-commerce Rookie will assist in refining payment strategies and operational processes to elevate the overall customer journey on UA.com. This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple teams, offering a well-rounded understanding of how different business areas contribute to the success of our digital products and e Commerce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The E-commerce Rookie will support several key initiatives to improve our digital product experience and e Commerce in Europe:
e Commerce Localization: Contribute to adapting UA.com for different European markets, making sure content, product selections, and the overall shopping journey feel local and relevant to our diverse customer base.
Payment Review: Assist in assessing and refining the payment options available across the region. The focus will be on making sure our payment processes are user-friendly while also being efficient and profitable.
Site Content & Merchandising: Work on various site content projects to support campaigns, enhance product displays, and assist with content strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement.
Operational Site Improvements: Take part in the day-to-day operations of managing the site, ensuring accurate product information, and supporting site enhancements to keep our customer experience top-notch.

Your Impact

In this role, you'll make a significant impact on how customers experience UA.com. Your contributions will directly support our efforts to provide localized and user-friendly digital content, improve payment experiences, and enhance site content and operations. By working closely with various teams, you’ll be central to bridging Under Armour’s global strategies with effective, localized digital solutions across Europe.

Qualifications

A current student studying business, digital marketing, data analytics, or a similar field, with an interest in digital products and e Commerce.
An understanding of digital business processes, such as content management, product experience, and digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel for data analysis and the ability to interpret data to generate insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across different functions of the business.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
