Ecommerce Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the entire e-commerce photography process, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual content that meets e-commerce guidelines.
- Oversee and coordinate photoshoots, including casting, team assembly (stylists, makeup artists), sample management, and studio logistics.
- Create call sheets, organize castings, and develop production briefs and timelines.
- Ensure post-production processes, including image management, retouching, resizing, and naming conventions, are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal departments (buying, marketing) to align shoot strategies and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, model agencies, and photo studios, conducting regular evaluations to ensure optimal service.
- Take responsibility for budget management, handling invoices, cost tracking, and other administrative tasks related to photography production.
- Work closely with the junior e-Commerce Producer and intern, guiding their daily tasks and supporting their professional development.
- Ensure that all photography, including lighting, cropping, and editing, adheres to e-commerce standards and reflects Hunkemöller’s brand identity.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, refining processes where possible.
- Oversee the organization and filing of all images, ensuring they are correctly named and stored on the internal server.
- Handle contract renewals and establish new agreements with suppliers, ensuring partnerships that meet the brand's needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in a production role, ideally within e-commerce or fashion photography
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple projects, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In Design is an advantage.
- Basic Excel knowledge of budget and schedule management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Flexible, with a passion for fashion and retail, able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the role.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license (and preferably access to a car) for travel to external photo studios and meetings.
