Our expertise has made a valuable difference for our clients for the past 100+ years, and we are now looking for An External Inspector, who will join our Quality team and will support in making a valuable difference in the century to come.
The main role of the External Inspector is toprovide and supervise inspections to ensure compliance with customer, our company and international requirements.This includes verifying the conformity of external parts in line withquality and safety with set laws and regulations, requirements, standards and specificationsbefore delivery.
What needs to be done?

• Verify supplier goods for compliance with documentation and processes.
  
• Prepare and lead Pre-Inspection Meetings with suppliers and customers.
  
• Review and discuss the accuracy of documents, orders, drawings, and inspection plans.
  
• Perform independent and precise inspection work.
  
• Approve or reject components/systems based on test results and findings.
  
• Prepare detailed reports on tests, measurements, and inspections.
  
• Discuss corrective actions with suppliers and engineering to meet requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance of test activities on pressure vessels and other relevant scopes.
  

What do you need to bring?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  
• Expertise in NDE requirements and Level 2 / 3 Inspectorcertifications.
  
• Ability to prepare and interpret WPS and PQR documents.
  
• Proficiency in various measurement and testing methods, including 3D measurement and Non-Destructive Testing.
  
• Basic knowledge of compressors and welding and NDE testing is highly preferred.
  
• Familiarity with international (O&G) and ISO standards for product quality and safety.
  
• Knowledge of risk management and statistical process control.
  
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  
• Practical and proactive personality with a team player mentality.
  
• Strong sense of ownership and customer focus.
  
• Frequent (international) travelto visit suppliers.
