In this role, you will lead audit teams and oversee complex engagements for international and listed clients. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit services while playing a key role in elevating team performance. What We’re Looking For

• Qualified chartered accountant (RA / ACCA / ACA / US CPA) with solid experience working as an audit manager / senior audit manager
• Currently working as an Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager within a Big Four audit firm
• Proven experience in a developed market e.g. USA, UK, Europe, South Africa
• Strong familiarity with IFRS; as well as US GAAP / US GAAS
• Experience in listed / PCAOB engagements - essential
• Leadership skills with a focus on creating a positive, inclusive environment.
• Adaptable mindset—able to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Commitment to personal development, including the willingness to pursue the RA qualification in the Netherlands.
