Are you a professional student, who has interest in a divers management internship within our Food & Drink department? If you say Yes I Can! here at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport, we are looking for first class people like you!
During your internship you will get acquainted with different outlets of our Food & Drink department such as the breakfast, lunch, diner, bar and Meeting & Events Operations department. You will work in all the outlets to learn the basics of the department. This means you will work in our OTIUM Lounge & Restaurant, bar, our Haven Restaurant and in Room Service. Next to that, we offer our guests meeting and events in our meeting rooms, which have a maximum capacity of 900 people. You will be the one organizing the presentation of the lunches and the one who eventually trains, coaches and leads the team!


What will you be doing during your internship?

• Offering services to our guests in the Food & Drink outlets
  
• Organizing preparatory work for the Food & Drink outlets
  
• Assisting the Assistant Food & Drink Managers and carry out your own tasks at supervisory level
  
• Assisting the Food & Drink Manager, with for example the finance and the guest satisfaction
  
• Carrying out own projects related to the improvement of the Food & Drink department.
  

Who are you?
You are a flexible and guest friendly student, who is organized and determined. Next to that you meet the following requirements:

• You follow a course in Higher Hospitality
  
• You possess the English language fluently
  
• You are a team player and a hospitality professional
