What are you going to do?
- Identify digital safety vulnerabilities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify and implement digital safety measures to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.
- Respond to digital safety breaches and incidents.
- Develop digital safety solutions to address vulnerabilities within the system.
- Conduct regular safety assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with IT for remediation activities.
- Ensure technical digital safety measures align with strategic goals.
- Develop and deliver digital safety awareness and training programs.
- Create training materials for employees on digital safety best practices.
- Conduct phishing simulations and other exercises.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage and automate digital safety solutions to improve safety and efficiency.
- Ensure continuous evolvement of digital safety systems to combat evolving threats.
What are you bringing?
- Passion for Digital Safety
- High level of professionalism and maturity
- Good verbal and written skills in English
- Team player and eagerness to learn and develop
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Certifications such as Azure, CISSP, CEH, TOGAF or willing to get certified on some of these
- Deep knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies
- Experience with project management structures
- Experience in applying frameworks like NIST, ITIL, ISO27001 and COBIT
- Good proficiency in Dutch and English languages (verbal and in writing)
- Preferably living within reasonable travel distance from Waalwijk (NL)
What do we offer you? (in the Netherlands)
- Salary from €4900 to €6000 based on 40 hours per week excluding 8% holiday pay (based on experience/skills)
- A 13th month (8.33%)
- You start with a one-year contract and if the collaboration is successful, there will be an extension for an indefinite period
- This concerns a full-time (40 hours a week) position in Waalwijk
- Travel costs: €0.21 per km for a maximum of 50 km one way when traveling to the work address.
- Good pension scheme (employer contribution = average 19%, employee contribution up to an annual salary of € 50,048.00 (2024) premium-free, above that 7% employee premium
- Possibility to work from home (1-2 days per week)
- Home work allowance of €2 net/day
- You get 27 days of vacation and the option to buy 8 additional days of vacation
- You have €750 personal budget for sustainable employability in 2024
