About the job
As our HR Business Partner you are a member of the HMTX Global leadership team and you operate at both strategic, tactical and operational levels. In this role you touch on a wide range of HR topics and together with the HR Business Partners of the other Towers within HMTX worldwide you also pick up HR projects at group level which you then 'land' appropriately within the organization. A broad role with responsibility at all levels within the organization.
More specific you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the integral HR policy and you promote and support the matrix organization. The core activities are the professionalization, development and implementation of the HR policy within HMTX Global. We have expanded considerably in recent years and are constantly developing. This requires adaptation of HR policies and processes, which is now in full swing. The starting point will therefore be actively responding to strategic developments of the company in order to develop the professional development of employees and management. More specific you’ll be advising, developing, executing and supporting in all HR processes, including:
- Organization Design & Leadership development – Consult with management on organization structure and redesign initiatives, leadership & change management and act as a coach to business leaders.
- Staffing & Recruiting – Support and work with business leaders to develop staffing strategies. Lead hiring process including the effective execution of the new employee onboarding/orientation process.
- Performance & Compensation Management – Contribute to rolling out and maintaining a company-wide common performance and compensation review process. · Employee Engagement & Retention – Review employee engagement with leadership, support the development of plans to continuously improve.
- Organization & Talent Development – Develop and maintain a talent management cycle, including setting up and monitoring talent plans.
- HR Operations - Maintain human resource information system. Partners with the international payroll administrators on policies, procedures and audits. Create and utilize appropriate metrics for effective people and culture management.
- Employee Relations & Compliance - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable human resources company and multi country local requirements, laws, and regulations. Own the end-to-end employee life cycle.
We are looking for a enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on HR professional with 5+ years of experience, in supporting a global organization would be an advantage. You are able to build rapport with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization. Quickly adapting to a changing environment is not an issue for you.
You love to have a coaching role towards your peers and colleagues, while being capable to make You demonstrate a passion and ability for continuous learning, and the ability to translate this to others.
More specifically, you will have:
- Completed HRM bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.
- Adherence to the strictest code of ethics, respect, trust, and confidentiality.
- Experience in implementing / managing an HRIS and owning the end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Experience in using metrics and leveraging data for process and quality improvement.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
