At Quentin Hotels we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated HR Manager who can help us achieve our goals.
Job Summary
The HR Manager focuses on delivering HR services that enable business success, while meeting or exceeding the needs of employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. The HR Manager works with Management and Operations to carry out the daily activities.
Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Team management experience
- Familiar with HR/Payroll cycles and systems
- Outstanding communication, organization and analytical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers.
- Supervise HR team (2 FTE)
- Ensure quality in the HR administration, such as employee contracts, vacation days, schedules etc.
- Liaising with third parties to ensure smooth payroll cycle
- Be involved in recruitment and manage employee referral programs.

Pay: €2.700,00 - €3.000,00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 2142 EN Cruquius: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
