The team you'll be working with

Your team is responsible for one or more components of our S3 Passenger Suite. Each of our Dev Ops teams consists of a team coach, a product owner, developers and testers.
Developers are fully responsible for both the backend as well as frontend implementations of those components. Testers to ensure overall quality of these components.
Through automated testing, continuous deployment, and monitoring the applications in production, we make sure to provide the quality our customers expect. The Team coach is responsible for setting objectives, team motivation, team growth and individual growth and managing tasks together with the Product Owner and ensuring that the team meets its goals and objectives.

What will you do?

As an Information Analyst, your goal is to understand the details and be the bridge between the business and your team. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners and various stakeholders to collect requirements and turn them into clear (functional/technical) specifications for the development team. Once all requirements have been identified, you’ll evaluate different solutions, identify any potential challenges, and recommend the best way forward with your team.
You’re also skilled at explaining complex functional/technical concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Your role doesn’t end there. Once a solution is implemented, you don’t just step back. Instead, you remain vigilant, monitoring customer environments to ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the guardian who oversees the landscape, ready to act if any issues arise, ensuring that what’s delivered continues to meet the high standards expected.

We are looking for someone with

• A bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Technical Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an Information Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience:;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills;
• The ability to maintain a high-level overview while paying attention to critical details;
• A proactive and quality-focused mindset;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
