Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking an Inspection & Rework Technician who is responsible for incoming quality control of Supermicro products that meet product quality requirements and shipment deadlines. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection/test/rework for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products or written documents
  • Data entry to document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to quality team
  • Adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality requirements
  • Work efficiently in a fast paced production environment
  • Adhere to company and Production departments policies and procedures
  • Execute ECO, BIOS and FW upgrades
  • Perform testing of motherboards, backplane, AOCs
  • Perform software rework
  • Data collection
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Basic computer knowledge background
  • English language skills (reading, speaking, writing) is required, Dutch and/or Mandarin is a plus
  • Good eyes vision for inspect products
  • Work hard and carefully with positive attitude
