We’re currently on the look-out for a top performer (GPA 8+) to join our team as an
Investment Analyst
This role is central to driving both the financial and climate impact diligence of venture capital, private equity, and infrastructure funds, as well as direct investments. You’ll analyze fund managers’ impact and performance, dive deep into promising companies, and help shape the future of climate tech investing.

What You’ll Do
As an Investment Analyst, you will play a vital role in:
- Sourcing & Screening

- Conduct introductory calls with climate tech funds and companies to prioritize investment opportunities
- Map new investment strategies, such as our latest infrastructure fund of funds
- Due Diligence & Execution

- Lead financial and climate impact due diligence for funds and direct investments
- Engage directly with leading climate funds and other relevant investors
- Process Improvement & Research

- Enhance investment team processes and databases
- Lead research into investment themes such as hydrogen, long-duration energy storage or biogas
- Communication & Commercial Support

- Track and write about our investments for investor communication
- Contribute to quarterly reports and assist the commercial team in building presentations
Who You Are
You’re driven by a deep curiosity about venture capital, private equity, and climate impact. We’re looking for someone with:
- Sharp analytical skills – you thrive on deep-diving into details
- Independent, critical thinking – you don’t shy away from building and voicing your own perspective
- Self-motivation and proactivity – you’re not afraid to take the initiative
- A collaborative spirit – you work well in teams and can hold your own with clients
Requirements
- A master’s degree (finance, engineering, environmental studies, chemistry, econometrics preferred) with a high GPA (8+)
- Relevant internships (venture capital, consulting, climate startups, investment banking)
- Based in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
