We are currently recruiting for an IT Finance and Administration Business Analyst for our Systems Department in Amsterdam.

- Monitor and manage IT expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and financial targets
- Prepare and analyze expense reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of expense management policies and procedures
- Oversee the administration of IT contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and maintaining contract documentation
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and legal teams to resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies
- Maintain an organized repository of contract documents and track contract renewals and expirations.
- Maintain and update records of IT resources, including Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), contractors, and other personnel.
- Analyze and report on resource utilization, identifying gaps and recommending adjustments to optimize workforce efficiency
- Support workforce planning activities by providing data-driven insights on resource allocation and forecasting
- Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to manage resource-related administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the IT department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless administrative operations within the IT function

- Degree and / or equivalent experience.

What we have to offer:

- Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
- 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment

- € 5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of € 60,00 per month
