Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) for automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals and ensure data security.
• Promote a Dev Ops mindset, focusing on automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform projects.
• Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Data Factory, and API Management to extend the capabilities of the Power Platform.
• Participate in application lifecycle management (ALM), managing solution environments, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support the implementation of best practices for data governance, compliance, and security in line with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Mentor junior team members and champion automation best practices across development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM, Azure, and Power Platform solutions.

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT/Platform Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Proficient in using Azure Dev Ops to manage CI/CD pipelines using YAML, source control (GIT), and release management.
• Strong understanding of Azure services such as Azure Functions, and APIs for integrating cloud services.
• In-depth knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) with Power Platform, including solutions management, environment setups, and Dev Ops integration.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Power Shell, PAC CLI, and the use of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) through Power Automate Desktop.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem, including DLP policies and role-based security in Dataverse.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning capabilities in Power Platform, such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with C#.NET, Type Script, Java Script, Sonar Qube, Sonartype Lifecycle, and Fortify is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work in cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation, scalability, and resilience in solution design.

Working environment

We are offering

• Hay 10: based on knowledge and experience of candidates, final scales are assigned to the position.
• A monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
