Start date: ASAP
What you do:
- Together with our global IT team, responsible for the offices in The Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden, you will ensure optimal performance and functionality of hardware, software and IT related duties and responsibilities
- You triage tickets, help directly where you can, and route or escalate more complex or severe ones to the right teams or partners
- You will create documentation to assist users in navigating issues, and guiding your teammates through repetitive tasks
- Account management and all related tasks in Microsoft Entra SSO and Exchange
- End user support in-person, and remotely, to assist with all IT related issues. This includes assistance with Windows and Mac OS, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Slack, as well as other systems used at ADC
- Emergency work to resolve high-profile IT issues or information security incidents may be required outside of work hours
- ISO27001 related quarterly, monthly and weekly monitoring and reporting activities
- IT related local vendor management and coordination
- IT inventory and asset management and reporting
- Telecoms purchasing and management (Mobile phones and company numbers)
- You will contribute to fulfilling any responsibilities given to the IT & Compliance department, as needed
What you bring:
- An HBO/Bachelor’s degree
- Between 1 to 4 years experience in computer science, IT and/or security (let us know if you have certifications)
- You get energy from helping users and connecting with people and have good interpersonal and communication skills
- You enjoy helping your colleagues with IT needs and challenges, while improving and managing the IT infrastructure and applications
- Interest in all things IT, potentially with interest in a specific discipline
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems
- Basic knowledge (or curiosity) of information security, cybersecurity, and/or ISO 27001
- The ability to work flexibly whilst taking ownership of your work
- Motivation to continue learning every day
- A strong sense of responsibility, ethics, accountability, and ownership
