The position

The IT Support Coordinator will provide first and second level support to end user workstations for all computer, communication, and server systems within the company. The IT Support Coordinator will maintain the IT infrastructure (network, servers, telecoms, hardware, software) according the company set standards.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Take details of any calls / issues / requests
• Manage the IT Servicedesk system.
• Chase status of calls and report back to users swiftly and efficient
• Ability to maintain all active directory related activities
• Deal with simple IT issues
• Resolve Printer problems
• Communicate with phone providers
• Chasing issues
• Install laptops and troubleshoot if needed
• MS Office 365 Support
• MS Intune
• Support Citrix platform
• Inventory Management

Other duties:

• Out of hours working may be required
• Moderate lifting and carrying may be required
