IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

This is what you're going to do
- Incident Management
- Work on IT asset management, patch management and deployment of new hardware
- Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve network and system problems and performance issues
- Ensure that backups are performed and checked on a regular basis
- Responsible for adding knowledge articles for our users
- Share your knowledge during projects
- Work on own projects and work on migrations / new hotel openings
The role is based at our Regional Office in Amsterdam, and you will work in an ambitious and dynamic team. You will assist with the roll-out of our new overall Technology strategy in Europe.

Together with learning new things, there will be challenges (that you don’t avoid) and will look proactively for solutions.
Together with:
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in a current position (preferably in the hospitality industry)
- Experience with the following is necessary for this role: Office365, VMware, Windows 10, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Mac-OS. Knowledge of JAMF MDM is a plus
- Preferably AZ 900 certified or willing to acquire the certification
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and 3rd party suppliers
- Flexibility for out-of-hours and weekend support for scheduled maintenance and major incident response
- Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Last but not least: you're based in the Netherlands within travel distance of our HQ in Amsterdam ánd you're eligible to work here.
