As the junior Hue D2C Scrum Lead / Project Manager you’ll be responsible for delivering the best-in-class consumer experience in terms of user experience, personalized marketing, pre-and post-sales care, and shopping experience leading to higher direct to consumer sales (new and repeat purchases) and even higher levels of brand loyalty.

What you’ll do

• Ensure Program Objectives for the Program Increment planning event are prepared together with Consumer Journey Lead.
  
• Facilitate the agile ceremonies of the team
  
• You will manage projects as well within the selected domain.
  
• Protects and communicates with management and outside stakeholders.
  
• Builds a high-performing team. Helps the team to achieve quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
  
• Resolve problems which hampers team progress
