Lead Frontend Engineer (Post-shortlisting team)

We are looking for a skilled Lead Frontend Engineer; someone who possesses extensive experience with React, knows its evolution, and can construct and design systems using it. The ideal candidate should embody our company's core values and understand software engineering broadly, from business value to software architecture.
We're searching for someone with leadership qualities who is passionate, motivated, efficient, and unafraid to seek assistance.

You’ll also work with our community of front-end engineers to help ensure the high quality of the software, for example by introducing new technologies, improving and setting quality standards, exchanging experience, and taking on more extensive cross-team frontend initiatives.

We favour developing high-quality, functional, tested code that satisfies our team and contributes to the business's success. We've refined our development process by exploring various agile methodologies, allowing us to do the job correctly and efficiently.
We are confident that our approach to work allows us to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively. Our development process is rooted in Agile, Kanban, and Lean. By adhering to DDD, CI, and CD, we create reliable and functional code that enhances our productivity and satisfaction.

In our technology stack, you will find:

React JS, Next JS, Express JS, Apollo Client, CSS-in-JS, Webpack;

PHP, Symfony, Doctrine, PHPUnit, PHPStan, Deptrac, Psalm, PHP-CS-Fixer;
My SQL, Postgre SQL, Rabbit MQ, Redis;
REST, Graph QL;
Ports and Adapters, SOLID, Event Sourcing, CQRS;
Docker, Kubernetes, HELM, AWS Lambda.

7+ years of experience with software engineering
Expert understanding of React JS and supporting tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong experience in building resilient architecture
Strong understanding of testing strategies
Proven experience in taking ownership and making clear decisions aligning with organizational goals
Type Script experience is a strong plus
Experience with React and Symfony integration is a plus
