WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role sits in the Jordan EMEA digital marketing function. You'll report to the Jordan EMEA Digital Director. As an individual contributor role, you'll work daily with a digital marketing lead along with three digital specialists. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Jordan EMEA brand management, stores, city and partner marketing, and with EMEA integrated media and Global digital teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In Jordan Brand, we seek a digital marketing expert who excels in paid social and display media programs with a deep understanding of consumer engagement and action-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate can leverage elevated creative for direct response marketing - connecting consumers with brand innovation and experiences while utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Key Skills:
  • Demonstrated mastery of paid social platforms (FB/IG, Snapchat, You Tube, Tik Tok) with proven success in driving e-commerce goals
  • Strong expertise in creating and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commerce KPIs
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies across digital channels
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in deep-dive data analysis and performance optimization
  • Excellence in marketing operations and creative team collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple high-priority projects with strict deadlines
  • Strategic understanding of omni-channel digital marketing approaches for awareness, demand, and retention

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Lead for Integrated Media Marketing, you'll drive marketing and communication initiatives for key campaigns across online and offline channels. You'll steward comprehensive product drops, Athlete Sport Moments, and Brand Voice campaigns that come to life across Jordan Brand EMEA ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive advancement of paid social and display marketing efforts
  • Develop and execute digital marketing test strategies to improve practices and performance
  • Analyze complex data sets and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Build collaborative relationships across Jordan Digital Marketing, Creative, Operations, Organic Social, and Brand teams
  • Ensure brand excellence across visual media programs
  • Implement omni-channel digital marketing strategies across awareness, demand, and retention objectives
  • Partner with Fields of Play (FOP) leads and Brand team on media plan development
  • Support tactical execution of marketing plans to meet business KPIs
  • Conduct deep-dive campaign analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts
