We are recruiting a Mandibular Advancement Device Product Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands.

Let's talk about the role:

As an MAD Product Specialist Netherlands, together with the Commercial Manager Dental Sleep, you will work in close cooperation with accredited dentists and oral surgeons and ensure a smooth patient journey from application to treatment.
As soon as a patient has received a referral for fitting a MAD, you come into the picture. When a patient makes an appointment with the dentist for the fitting of a MAD, you will explain more about our Narval CC MAD and the process involved. You will take an intra-oral scan of the patient's teeth and send it via our digital platform to our own lab in Lyon. There, the scans are checked and after approval, the Narval MAD is designed and produced via CADCAM technology after which it is sent to the applicant after thorough quality control.
During the second appointment with the patient, you support the dentist and patient in placing the MAD and explain how to handle it. For substantive questions from both patient and dentist, you are the first point of contact, and your duties also include providing training and education.

In this role, you will be working in various locations across the country, collaborating with different disciplines in dental care.
You detect commercial opportunities and share these with the Commercial Manager Dental Sleep Netherlands.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

You have completed training in the field of oral care; preferably as a denturist, dental or prevention assistant with knowledge of gnathology.
You have experience at the chair
Fluent Dutch and English in word and writing, French is an advantage
You are in possession of driving licence B and have no problem driving longer distances
