Advito, BCD Travel's consulting firm, is looking for a Marketing Consultant with strong project management, writing skills (English), verbal presentation skills (English and French preferred), and a proven track record of successfully managing and executing internal, marketing campaigns.
Marketing Consultant – Advito (Remote)
This position is full time, home-based in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, or Spain
As a Marketing Consultant, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that support clients' program goals by increasing employee awareness and engagement. You work independently, as well as together with a team of Advito consultants to support our clients' communication needs, specifically related to their travel program. All aspects of a communications plan are managed by you - from strategic development to execution - through a variety of channels, including intranet websites, social communities, videos, infographics, newsletters, emails, presentations, etc.

Marketing Consultant – Advito (Remote)

As a Marketing Consultant, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that support clients' program goals by increasing employee awareness and engagement. As a Marketing Consultant, you will
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing communication plans to a variety of stakeholder audiences (e.g. senior leaders, managers, travelers) through multiple channels (intranet sites, social media platforms, presentations, emails, newsletters, etc.).
- Manage, build and nurture client relationships with a consultative nature. Meet with client(s) regularly to understand their needs, make recommendations and work with them to implement agreed solutions.
- Serve as the project manager for all aspects of the client engagement, including strategy development and budget allocation.
- Review and interpret travel program data and use the results to help define strategy and tactical marketing activities.
- Work closely with, and provide art direction to, graphic designers, video producers, and creative writing specialists.
- Build and nurture internal social communities to form a dialog between employees and program leaders.
- Monitor and measure campaigns, adjust and modify as necessary to ensure optimal results.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Communications, Public Relations, or another relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with implementing cross-channel / multi-channel marketing strategies
- Proven understanding of data and insight
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Teams software skills and familiarity with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Highly effective writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated consulting skills and project management skills
