About you

• Bachelor’s degree
• Several years of marketing experience
  
• Experience with marketing systems such as Google Analytics and SEO/SEA
  
• Experience with managing websites, webshops, CRM systems, apps and PIM platforms
  
• Fluent in Dutch, German and English, both spoken and written

Your responsibility
As the Senior Marketer for Northern Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will be responsible for strengthening Mustad's position in hoof care. You will not only develop and implement strategic marketing plans, but also lead and actively participate in events, market research and customer engagement activities. Working closely with the EMEA team, you will translate market insights into actionable plans that drive commercial success and growth.


Key responsibilities:

• Market development: Build the marketing/business plan for the assigned markets, activate the market, and drive growth by gaining market share and developing the industry.
  
• Digital transformation: Improve customer experience on websites and e-commerce platforms.
  
• Relationship management: Build strong relationships with dealers and farriers based on customer insights and market analysis.
  
• Product launches: Launch and position new products in relevant markets.
• Events: Assure successful Mustad presence at events in the designated countries

The team
You will be part of the EMEA Marketing Team, which includes the EMEA Marketing Manager and two Marketers. You will collaborate with the international Marketing team of about 12 people from various countries, and will work closely with the EMEA commercial team, which consists of over 7 professionals from Sales and Innovation.
