What are you going to do?
Soda Stream is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes. This role demands a manager with a proven track record in operations management, ensuring our products are delivered efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a manager that has strong leadership skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role you will report to the Site Manager, the 4 Supervisors of your departments report to you.
You will be responsible for:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with company goals.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Manage budgets and forecasts to control costs and optimize resource allocation.
Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To strengthen our dynamic team in the Netherlands, we are looking for employees with similar characteristics as our unique products. Sparkling of energy, original and bold. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
You have a proven track record of managing production.
You have a strong leadership and team management skills.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You have strong communication skills.
You have experience with ERP systems and other operational software.
You have ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The main language at NLC is English, Dutch is not required for this position.
Since you will be working in our site in Tilburg, NL, if you are not Dutch, a valid work permit/ VISA is required for the interview process. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Dutch employment contract, starting with a year contract, with the intention to extend to fixed contract.
