The Opportunity:
As a Logistics Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for the smooth handling of shipments and providing support for logistical issues. You will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and that shipments are delivered on time and accurately.
- Handling customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitoring shipments and proactively updating customers on the status.
- Resolving issues and complaints in a customer-focused manner.
- Collaborating with different internal departments to deliver the best possible service.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining records.
What you'll need to succeed:
- MBO/HBO (associate/bachelor level) work and thinking level.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A customer-focused and proactive mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
