What is it you are going to do?- Mixing, blending, and preparing ingredients according to recipes.
- Performing first-line troubleshooting for minor issues, particularly on older machines.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance to keep machines in top shape.
- Cleaning machinery meticulously between production batches; all food residues must be removed, which includes dismantling parts for thorough sanitation within specific time limits.
- Documenting production data and reporting any deviations.
