We are looking for a Personal Data Protection Support to join our team on site at our client, the European Space Agengy ESA-ESTEC in the Nertherlands, Noordwijk.
Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of personal data protection measures within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR and other international standards.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to data privacy.
• Conduct audits and assessments of data handling processes to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to staff regarding personal data protection best practices.
• Support the preparation and submission of data protection reports to regulatory authorities.

Successful Candidate

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in data protection roles, with a focus on compliance and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
• Competences:
• In-depth understanding of personal data protection regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
