All about the role

Please note: This role is based in Eindhoven.

As a Planner you are the spider in the web around all operational activities of Takeaway.com in the Netherlands. You are directly involved in the day-to-day business, the right hand of the City Operations Manager, responsible for the strategic and tactical planning cycles and also project management. In short; a real all-rounder.

As part of the operational management of Takeaway.com's delivery branch, you have a meaningful role in further professionalising and shaping the Food Delivery business as a whole. In this role you report directly to the Team Lead Forecasting and Planning and are part of the Centralised Support Team.

As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

• Being responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of the order delivery and driver demand in the Netherlands
• Scheduling of the couriers
• Build a weekly forecast
• Analyse the results and initiate improvement plans
• Establish and managing relationships with different stakeholders

• Sophisticated MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning
• Organisational understanding: Ability to connect data with real live operations
• Forward-thinking and independent way of working
• Proficiency in English
• Based in Eindhoven and close surroundings
