As a Production Planner at our HQ Pack Service Center (part of HQ Group), you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes to meet customer demands efficiently. You will be responsible for creating production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring that materials and resources are available to meet production goals. Your keen organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across departments will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demands, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
Coordinate with various departments, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth production workflows.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for optimization and reducing excess stock.
Collaborate with customer service teams to gather customer demand forecasts.
Work with the production team to establish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
Act as a point of contact for addressing production-related issues and providing timely resolutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Planner or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry (Operations Management, Supply Chain, Transport).
Knowledge of production planning and inventory management principles.
Knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems would be a big plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data analysis.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Are aware of developments within our organization and use your knowledge where possible. Before starting your job, you made and work by a plan. You contribute to the team’s assignment and atmosphere, helping each other and think along. You perform in tough times, are not afraid for extra work or time pressure.
Your team
You work directly with and under the wings of our sr. Planner. Together with another direct colleague Production Planner. The atmosphere is informal and service-orientated. You operate during daytime hours.
During your first 100 days it is important you will get to learn our organization, the customers and our processes and operations.
What we offer

Salary from €2.450 to €3.500 gross per month
8% holiday money per year
28 holidays + 5 not-sick days off per year
Travel allowance 23 ct/km (starting from 10km one-way)
Start direct with a 7-month contract
