We are looking for a dedicated and experienced person to lead our filling team, ensuring daily targets are met and operational excellence is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the filling team to achieve daily shift targets and ensure adherence to specifications and KPIs.
- Manage daily shift planning, including employee placement and task assignments, based on production needs and the final planning of products and personnel.
- Provide clear communication of any adjustments to the production plan to the filling team. Conduct short daily meetings to review results and discuss ongoing items.
- Work closely with the production supervisor and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee daily shift administration, including work orders, timesheets, and productivity reports.
- Propose and implement measures to optimize processes in collaboration with the production supervisor.
- Monitor KPIs, take necessary actions to address issues, and ensure targets are met.
- Identify and address operational risks promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure a safe working space in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle professional and disciplinary leadership, support HR with processes such as absenteeism, vacation planning, and performance management, and ensure training and documentation for subordinate employees.
- Dutch employment contract, starting with a year contract, with the intention to extend to fixed contract.
- Competitive salary, depending on experience.

Requirements:
Qualifications for the role:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in an international environment is required.
- Experience with leadership, production planning and control.
- Experience in working with MS Office.
- Language: Good command of English is required.
- Willingness to work 3 shifts.
- Since you will be working in our site in Tilburg, NL, a valid work permit/ VISA is required for the interview process. Relocation is not offered for this position.
