Position:

Requirements:

• Collect and analyse market intelligence to assess business impact.
• Develop, own and implement product strategy and roadmap aligned with markets, channels, and operations to achieve competitive positioning and business objectives.
• Prioritize activities in line with the product strategy and KPI’s.
• Manage the product portfolio (pricing, profitability, SKU management) and marketing mix (branding, route to market, promotions).
• Monitor sales performance (volume, margins, customer penetration) and implement corrective or acceleration plans with local and regional teams.
• Support business development through customer visits, presentations, and best practice sharing.
• Create sales and product communication in line with Group communication strategy.
• Manage the innovation pipeline to ensure differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with the application team to understand the “science behind” the product to capture value from the product offering.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to align product vision and drive engagement across the organization.
