Project BIM Manager

UNStudio Amsterdam is seeking a Project BIM Manager to oversee BIM management deliverables and documentation (ISO 19650 framework) as a Project Team member. This role involves providing technical support to architects using Revit, ACC, and BIMcollab/Solibri.

Your responibilities:

Develop and implement BIM protocols and systems.

Coordinate and review project model deliveries for accuracy and compliance.

Chair BIM Coordination Workshops to deliver to Project EIRs.

Maintain the Project Information Model and manage data throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide ongoing support and training in BIM workflows and tools.
-
Advise on BIM implementation during project kick-off meetings.
-
Author and maintain project BEP and collaborative documents.
-
Ensure compliance with UNS.BIM standards.
-
Perform coordination and clash detection, managing results according to standards.
-
Liaise with external BIM specialists and manage information handover.
-
Support and coordinate with BIM coordinators.

Contribute to UNS.BIM initiatives.
-
Maintain global UNS.BIM standards and share knowledge with the global team.
The Requirements:
-
5+ years in architectural design and project delivery, particularly with large-scale projects using Revit and BIM workflows as Project BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator.

Experience with BIM standards (ISO19650, etc.).

Work permit in The Netherlands and fluent in English.

Ability to communicate advanced concepts clearly to all team levels.

Skilled in training teams on workflows and software.

Systematic problem-solving approach.

Highly organized with effective workload management.

Proven leadership and management skills.

Self-motivated and capable of independent work and continuous development.
