About this vacancy

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, production, and delivery of various mechanical components and systems, for example within the automotive, aerospace, or machinery industries. You play a key role in leading projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Other responsibilities:

Leading multidisciplinary project teams, including Design Engineers, technical specialists, and production staff;
delivering projects on time and within budget;
keeping the Management Team informed about the financial status of projects and any associated risks;
developing and optimizing products and processes for continuous improvement.
managing client relationships, including negotiating and securing new contracts.

What we expect from you

A completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronics).
at least 10 years relevant experience;
a broad interest in various technical industries;
you obtained a project management certification (such as IPMA or PMI) is a plus;
experience in the planning and organization of product development;
strong understanding of cost control, planning, and risk management;
excellent communication skills in English;
persuasive, decisive, and result-oriented with a strategic mindset;
