About this vacancy
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, production, and delivery of various mechanical components and systems, for example within the automotive, aerospace, or machinery industries. You play a key role in leading projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Other responsibilities:
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams, including Design Engineers, technical specialists, and production staff;
- delivering projects on time and within budget;
- keeping the Management Team informed about the financial status of projects and any associated risks;
- developing and optimizing products and processes for continuous improvement.
- managing client relationships, including negotiating and securing new contracts.
What we expect from you
- A completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronics).
- at least 10 years relevant experience;
- a broad interest in various technical industries;
- you obtained a project management certification (such as IPMA or PMI) is a plus;
- experience in the planning and organization of product development;
- strong understanding of cost control, planning, and risk management;
- excellent communication skills in English;
- persuasive, decisive, and result-oriented with a strategic mindset;
