About this vacancy

As a Print Process Researcher, you will contribute to the development of advanced inkjet printing processes, integrating critical components such as printheads, inks, media, maintenance, and fixation. Your role involves understanding and balancing print quality, application range, time-to-market, and cost-effectiveness to meet stakeholder and business needs. You will work closely with designers, researchers, and other technical experts to transform technology assets into cutting-edge printing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the development of technology assets like inks, printheads, and image processing to create advanced printing processes.
• Analyzing and optimizing the print process architecture to meet quality and business objectives.
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional print processes that enable new applications in graphics and industrial printing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics.
• Strong experimental and modeling skills to understand and optimize printing processes.
• Up to 5 years of experience in product development, particularly in technical design and stakeholder collaboration.
• Outstanding people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and influence teams.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
