About this vacancy
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects focused on energy management, zero-emission solutions, and industrial innovations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as a crucial link in communication between internal and external stakeholders. Your projects will span from design to execution focusing on developing and implementing energy solutions and advanced industrial products.You will support and coach your team in achieving project goals, ensuring clear planning, risk management, and budget control. With your communicative skills and hands-on approach you will effectively translate both technical and commercial issues into actionable strategies. Additionally, you will play an important role in integrating new technologies such as energy management systems, charging solutions, and energy storage systems, actively contributing to innovation by exploring new possibilities in collaboration with various stakeholders.
What we expect from you
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within technical or industrial settings, with a strong affinity for sustainable technology and product development.
- Experience with both traditional (waterfall) and agile project management methods.
- Are experienced in outsourcing FEED and EPC processes to engineering firms.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve results.
- Extensive knowledge of project management tools and experience in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, easily switching between operational and strategic levels.
- Experience or affinity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, engineering, energy management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English with strong presentation skills; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
