Scope

All projects within the European commercial organisation, such as improvement projects within Sales Operations, Order-to-cash cycle, IT change requests
Implementation of new business models and other commercial initiative

Responsibility

Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, in scope and within budget
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Maintain, monitor and coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones and risks
Chair and facilitate project and stakeholder meetings, document and follow up on actions and decisions
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
Serve as a point of contact for teams on the same project to ensure actions remain in synergy
Undertake project tasks as required and provide administrative support as needed
Help with the documentation of each phase of the project, make summary reports for management
Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Communicate with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page

Education And Related Experience

Bachelor degree in business administration or related field of study.
Three years experience in related field.
Recognised Project Management Certification (e.g. Prince, PMP) preferred
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills, strong communicator towards diverse groups of stakeholders
Detail oriented, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Stong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Expertise in programme and project management software tools (especially cloud-based) and methodologies
Experience in knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Proven ability to get things done
Excellent analytical skills
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Identify and manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
